Antwerp's LEZ: check this first
Antwerp enforces a strict low-emission zone across the whole city centre: older diesels are banned or subject to paid registration. In practice, recent motorhomes (Euro 5/6) pass, but verify the emission rating on the listing — and note that pickup happens on the outskirts anyway, outside the zone. The same reflex applies to Brussels and Ghent, which run their own LEZs.
